Influencer & Social Media Content Creation
I'm a Portland, Oregon-based speaker, author, and movement-builder working to make cycling and the outdoors welcoming to every body. For the past five years I've built All Bodies on Bikes from a grassroots idea into a national nonprofit, hosted a podcast with 85+ episodes and 60,000+ downloads, written a children's book (The Rag Tag Best Friends Bicycle Club), and been named Bicycling's Rider of the Year, Outside's Outsider of the Year, and a recipient of the Susie Stephens Joyful Enthusiasm Award. My work and story have been featured by TODAY, The Washington Post, Outside, Bicycling, and CNN.
My audience follows along for a fun mix of bicycle adventures, unfiltered real-life stories, practical gear reviews, and travel stories — all through the lens of making sport feel accessible and joyful for bigger bodies.
I'm open to partnerships across outdoors, travel and hospitality, food and beverage, clothing, and the bike industry, and more. My approach is approachable, authentic, and realistic, always centered on inclusivity for larger-bodied riders.
Previous clients include Athletic Brewing, Wide Open Socks, Wilde Bikes, Salsa Cycles, Ride with GPS, EF Adventures, ROUVY, Hinge Health, and Upway.
Creating Inclusive Cycling Communities
Consulting, Speaking and Education Opportunities
Over the past five years I've delivered size-inclusion trainings and keynotes for brands like Pearl Izumi and evo, built and led the Wheels of Welcome mentorship program (300+ riders mentored across events like Unbound and Big Sugar), and co-created Retailleur™, a bike-shop training and certification program that helps shops actually serve bigger-bodied customers well. I’m also a member of the REI Inclusive Design Council.
I'm available for consulting, teaching workshops, public speaking, panels, and one-on-one discussions covering community building, gear and components, marketing, and creating accessible and welcoming events. I bring a dynamic, approachable, and (I like to think) funny approach to every talk — and references are available on request.
Partnerships
I'm fortunate to partner with brands that share my vision for a more inclusive outdoors — including SHIMANO, SHREDLY, Osprey Packs, Ride with GPS, and Salsa Cycles. Past collaborations include the SHREDLY x Marley Blonsky clothing collection (including the "Fast as a MF Manatee" capsule), two SHIMANO-produced documentaries and the launch of the Extended Fit Packs from Osprey Packs.
I love building creative partnerships that stay authentic to both the brand and the community — reach out and let's talk about what that could look like for you.
Client Testimonials
“Our vision is an outdoor culture in which everyone feels like they belong and can see themselves. As a company and an industry, we have a lot of work to make that a reality. The Size Inclusion Training created a powerful opportunity to deeply engage on the opportunities we have to develop equipment to meet the needs of more of our customers and ways we can shift our behavior to provide a better service experience.”
Evo.com, Senior Manager of Community Partnerships
“Marley and Kailey’s Size Inclusion Training provided awareness, insight and actionable ideas for our team. Their real-world and cycling-centric approach created a safe space for us to listen, learn and challenge ourselves. I highly recommend their workshop to teams and companies seeking to start an internal conversation on size inclusion.”
