One of the biggest things I learned over the past year is about food and nutrition. My first gravel century ever is next week and I think I’m actually ready! I used The Feed Zone Portables Cookbook from @skratchlabs to come up with my plan - 3000 calories, 64 oz of fluid, and a goal to eat at least every 30 mins.
